The Bison Express is scheduled to arrive at the Port of Olympia today. The livestock vessel is carrying approximately 1,800 head of dairy cattle and is expected to depart the port’s marine terminal on Sept. 21.

This is the first time the Bison Express has made a stop in Olympia, so a commemorative plaque will be presented to the ship’s captain and crew.
