On April 20, the Thurston Economic Development Council held its annual Business Awards Gala. The event took place at Indian Summer Golf & Country Club and was sponsored by several local businesses, including Gold Sponsors South Puget Sound Community College, and Epic Event Décor.
“ We are proud to have held this award program since 1994. As we look at the prior award winners, we were impressed with the depth of quality and with the impact upon the region’s economy that prior awardees have had – and this year’s awardees have shown that they too will have a legacy of positive impact upon the economy, community, and the quality of life that we enjoy in Thurston County,” Thurston EDC Executive Director Michael Cade said. “We are proud to have been able to showcase four businesses that truly impact not just their market, but their employees, and the community in which they operate.”
Congressman Denny Heck, Representing the 10th District, gave a speech at the event.
