The City of Tacoma and the Tacoma Venues & Events Department is seeking proposals to redesign the website. The website is an important tool for clients to plan events and the primary source of information for the center’s more than 125,000 annual guests.

Included in the scope of the redesign project are website redesign, launch, hosting, ongoing support, and search engine optimization. Some of the key objectives for the new website are engaging potential event bookings, increasing sales and revenue, providing event planning support, promoting venue news and event partners, and providing information about the new 300-room Marriott-branded Convention Center Hotel that is set to open in 2020.

Proposals must be submitted by July 24, 2018. The awarded contract will be for two years, with the option to renew. The estimated budget is $30,000-$40,000.
