Nestled in the heart of downtown Tacoma, Plumb Signs has been designing, fabricating, and installing some of the most iconic signage projects in the Pacific Northwest and beyond since 1982. The company has continued to grow throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, and owner Rob Marston cites his long-term investments into technologies and people as the factors to Plumb Signs’ success. When asked what kinds of signs Plumb designs and fabricates, Marston’s answer was simple: “Our shop is 100 percent custom … from entertainment venues such as stadiums and casinos to high-end business signage such as banks, office towers, and hospital signage. We do it all.”

Plumb Signs has created signs that can be seen at Cheney Stadium, multiple local YMCAs, Heritage Distilling Co., Columbia Bank, Northwest Motorsport, Little Creek Casino, and many more.

Having made the move to cloud-based technology four years ago, Plumb Signs encourages remote work when possible, and will even have two employees working remotely from Belize next year. As Marston likes to say, “Plumb is not just a sign company; it is a technology company.”
