More than 400 leaders in industry, business, and the public sector are expected to attend the 6th Annual Regional Economic Forecast & Innovation Expo in December in Shelton.
The conference aims to bring together regional business professionals from a wide range of industry sectors to explore ways to address future technologies poised to affect the regional economy through automation and innovation. Attendees will be briefed on the 2018 Economic Vitality Index, the annual review of the region’s economic performance over the past year; hear from keynote speaker Glen Hiemstra, an expert on future trends and long-range planning; and network with exhibitors showcasing cutting edge technology, products, and services.
The one-day event is a partnership between the Thurston Economic Development Council, Lewis Economic Development Council, Pacific County Economic Development Council, Economic Development Council of Mason County, and Grays Harbor, Inc.
The 2018 Regional Economic Forecast & Innovation Expo will be held on Thurs., Dec. 6, between 8:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., at Little Creek Casino Resort in Shelton. More information is available online here.
