Pierce Transit is hosting a live-streamed public meeting Dec. 10 between 5 and 6:30 p.m. to discuss its Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) project plans.
The meeting will specifically address the naming of the system, potential sponsorship, agency partners, timeline and budget, and more, according to a release.
The Bus Rapid Transit service will run along Pacific Avenue/State Route 7 between Tacoma and Spanaway. Currently, it’s around 60 percent complete.
Those who join the meeting will have a chance to win a $20 ORCA card.
