Four major homebuilders have joined the Ten Trails master-planned community in Black Diamond, the project’s lead developer, Oakpointe Communities, announced yesterday.

The first builder on the project, Conner Homes, opened a Ten Trails model home earlier this year. The company is currently building 16 two-story homes with starting costs in the high $400,000s.

Lennar, the second builder to join the community, is constructing three “Cottage Collection” homes with prices starting at $490,000. Lennar will introduce eight additional homes by December 2018.

Conner Homes and Lennar will both preview model homes this weekend as part of the Ten Trails monthly Hometown Social event starting on July 20. Rudd Development and Ichijo Technological Homes will open model homes early next year.

Ten Trails is located in southeast King County, about 45 minutes from downtown Seattle and about 35 minutes from Tacoma. According to a statement released by Ten Trails, the community is responsibly built and “designed for families and residents who embrace the outdoors and modern comforts.”

The community features technologically advanced homes, free Wi-Fi, designated plots for future schools, 2,200 acres of outdoor parks and trails, and 190,000 square feet of retail and office space in the first phase of development.
