WildFin American Grill, which has locations in Issaquah and Renton, will be opening its new Point Ruston restaurant in Tacoma on Tuesday, Jan. 19.

The restaurant’s menu revolves around Pacific Northwest seafood, produce and products, using “simple and honest flavors” for dishes such s Alaskan Crab Stuffed Roasted Cod, Peppercorn Flat Iron Steak, Northwest Seafood Chowder, Grilled Alaskan Sockeye and more. Moreover, a full bar will feature Northwest wines, spirits and local craft beers.

“We designed the Point Ruston location specifically to complement the commanding views of the Puget Sound, Olympics and Mt. Rainier, and to serve as an oasis for shoppers, visitors, theater goes and neighbors to unwind with friends and family,” said WildFin President Attila Szabo.

According to a press release, the restaurant is a “coming home” for Szabo and co-owner Chris Anderson, both of whom worked at Stanley & Seafort’s in Tacoma during the 1980s and early 1990s.
