In November, the Nursing Assistant Program terminated the order of probation against registered nursing assistant Eileen D. Anderson.
In November, the Nursing Assistant Program charged registered nursing assistant Jane Wangari Karuri with unprofessional conduct. She allegedly submitted a fraudulent Social Security number on her application to become certified as a nursing assistant.
In November, the Board of Pharmacy charged pharmacist and pharmacist preceptor Ann M. Mauritz with unprofessional conduct. She allegedly failed to comply with terms and conditions set against her licenses.
In November, after a hearing, the Nursing Assistant Program granted the application of certified nursing assistant Donna Hoyt Mulcare and placed conditions against her certification with which she must comply. She was convicted of driving under the influence on two occasions.
In November, the Health Care Assistant Program amended the statement of charges against Jennifer J. Sterling. She entered into a two-year deferred sentence for unlawful solicitation to possess a controlled substance.
In November, the Nursing Commission charged licensed practical nurse Kenya M. Stewart with unprofessional conduct. She was convicted of seven counts of identity theft.
