Centerline Solutions, a provider of cell tower services to the wireless telecommunications industry, today announced that it has acquired Washington-based Cascadia PM, including its Olympia, Kirkland and Vancouver locations.

“Cascadia PM is known throughout the industry as a leading provider of program management for wireless projects that involve everything from site acquisition to engineering to construction project management,” said Benjamin Little, CEO of Centerline Solutions based in Golden, Colo. “We are excited to offer that expertise to our customers nationwide, as well as grow our footprint in Washington, Oregon, Hawaii and Alaska.”

The acquisition of Cascadia PM brings an additional 50 employees, bringing the company’s total to nearly 300 — a workforce that allows Centerline the broadest set of services and resources to meet any customer’s needs through offices in Denver; Phoenix; Rochester, N.Y. and Honolulu. The company handles projects throughout North America, including Canada and Mexico.
