Mike Menen M.D. has been named chief medical officer of Providence St. Peter Hospital. He most recently served as chief of staff at Sacred Heart Medical Center in Springfield, Ore., and held many medical staff leadership positions, including the role of an assistant clinical professor of medicine at Oregon Health Science University. Menen completed his medical training at the Medical College of Wisconsin/Marquette University, along with an Internal Medicine Residency and Cardiovascular Fellowship at the University of New Mexico. He is board certified in internal medicine, general and nuclear cardiology.
Angela Janssen has joined Laser Hair and Skin Center. She is a licensed medical esthetician and has more than a decade of experience providing patient care in a medical practice.
Will McVay has received the Joe R. Lee Diamond Club Award from Darden Restaurants. He is general manager of the Red Lobster in Tacoma.
Scott Francis has joined Port of Tacoma as a real estate manager He has more than 20 years of experience in marine terminal facility management, maintenance and operations. Prior to joining the port, Francis served as a local real estate broker, an operations manager for Washington State Ferries, an operations manager for Crowley Marine Services and a vice president of North Star Terminals. He has a bachelor’s degree in accounting/business administration from Central Washington University and a master’s degree in business organizational management from the University of La Verne, Calif.
