Port of Tacoma has named officers for its board of commissioners for 2011. They are: Connie Bacon, president; Dick Marzano, vice president; Don Meyer, secretary; Clare Petrich, first assistant secretary; and Don Johnson, second assistant secretary.
Christine M. Eagan has joined Columbia Bank as vice president and enterprise risk manager. She previously was a risk management examiner with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. in Seattle.

Dr. David Marsh has joined Capital Urology in Olympia. He previously worked in private practice in Barstow, Calif. Marsh is a graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology and John Hopkins School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency in Urology at New York University Medical Center.
