Todd Fletcher has been appointed vice president of the Northwest Division of Life Care Centers of America.

In this capacity, Fletcher will oversee operations – including clinical and rehabilitation care and customer service – of 29 skilled nursing facilities in the states of Idaho, Oregon, Utah and Washington. The company’s Northwest Division offices are in Federal Way.

“In a career beginning immediately upon his graduation from college with business administration and long-term care management degrees, Todd has distinguished himself through service rendered to our residents and leadership of our associates in this important field,” said Forrest L. Preston, Life Care’s chairman and CEO. “He has an unyielding commitment to achieving the highest quality of care for our customers, delivered in a spirit of love and compassion.”

Fletcher, a 27-year veteran of long-term care administration, steps up into this position from leadership roles that included serving as senior executive director and regional vice president in the Northwest Division. He has also served as executive director of Rimrock Villa Convalescent Hospital and La Habra Convalescent Hospital (both in California), and later, Life Care Center of Bothell and Cottesmore of Life Care in Washington.

“What an honor it is to serve our residents and associates in Life Care’s Northwest Division,” Fletcher said. “The commitment to excellent care, rehab and service shown by our associates in our facilities is very energizing and is why I appreciate them so much.”
