Marc Christianson, Tacoma-based partner for family law firm McKinley Irvin, has been selected by peers for inclusion in the 20th edition of The Best Lawyers in America.

Christianson, who has made the list for the last eight years, focuses primarily on complex dissolution matters, arbitration and family law mediation. A designated “Super Lawyer” by Super Lawyers Magazine, Christianson is also a fellow with the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and past president of the Tacoma-Pierce county Bar Association.

He is one of two McKinley Irvin attorneys to earn the honor, along with Seattle-based David Starks.

“I am always thrilled to see members of the McKinley Irvin family receive recognition for their outstanding work,” said Sands McKinley, founder of McKinley Irvin. “This honor in particular is near to my heart because it is supported and voted on by our peers — powerful and outstanding attorneys we work with side-by-side. It's a testament to not only our professionalism and tenacity on behalf of our clients, but also to our amiability and collaborative spirit.”
