With the annual increase to Washington’s state minimum wage January 1, 2018, and new employer requirements to provide sick leave and other rights, Washington Department of Labor & Industries is mailing new workplace posters to all worksites in the state.

“Your Rights as a Worker” is an update to earlier versions that have long been required to appear on bulletin boards at every worksite in the state.

If you are an employer and do not receive the new poster through the U.S. Postal mail by Nov. 30th, you can access it online and print it out yourself, or order printed versions from the L&I online site. The new posters must be in place subject to L&I inspection by the start of the new year.
