The U.S. Department of Agriculture, through its Rural Housing Service (RHS), has $46 million available for loan guarantees to low and moderate-income families in rural Washington

The loans are made by traditional mortgage lenders and may be used to purchase new or existing single-family dwellings, including condominiums and planned-unit developments.

There is no maximum loan amount, but applicants must have an income that does not exceed 115 percent of the median income of the county.
