Commercial real estate firm Kidder Mathews is adding a new office to its constellation anchored in Tacoma with headquarters in Seattle, and led by Pierce County native Jeff Lyon as chairman and CEO.
“A little over a year ago, we opened our San Diego office as we continued to expand down the coast from the Bay Area into the Southern California market,” said Lyon in a news release today. “In the past 15 months, we have built that office to 18 agents plus three senior property managers and we’ve outgrown our office space twice. Orange County was always the next move in our plan.”
Kidder Mathews is one of the fastest growing independently owned commercial real estate firms on the West Coast, with over 550 real estate professionals and staff in 14 offices through Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona and Nevada.
