Comcast has opened its first western Washington XFINITY Store in Federal Way.
The 4,900-square-foot store, at 31423 Pacific Highway South, provides customers with an opportunity to explore, learn about and interact directly with the latest XFINITY products and services. It will have 10 employees.
“This new store model has a more welcoming design and a friendly atmosphere as we apply the same mindset of innovation, speed and utility that our customers love about our products to our customer service,” said Len Rozek, senior vice president of Comcast’s Washington region.
The store, which replaces a facility at 1414 S. 324th St that was only 1,200 square feet, is the first of four new XFINITY Stores planned for 2012 in the Washington market.  Comcast currently has 15 stores throughout the state.
