South Sound-based coffee, wine, and artisan food purveyor Anthem has added another location in the region, this time expanding into Tacoma’s Old Town neighborhood.
The store recently held a ribbon cutting to celebrate the opening.
“Anthem is really excited to be a part of this community,” said Kelsey Hilt, store manager for the new Old Town location. “The ribbon-cutting ceremony was an official way to be welcomed in; the people are great here in Old Town, and we look forward to serving this area.”
Anthem’s menu of handcrafted foods and carefully curated tap and wine lists have helped the brand grow in the area, but also notable is its commitment to reduced waste and sustainability, while also improving the community it serves.
“Whether that be through offering event space, or donating to local charities, Anthem makes an effort to add something special to every neighborhood it’s in,” wrote Emily Manke in a release for Anthem. “Old Town is no different.”
