Air France is now offering nonstop flights to Paris from the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. In partnership with Delta, the airline is providing up to 12 flights per week on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. Additional flights will be offered during the summer season.

“Seattle is a center of tech commerce, and there’s demand for additional lift from the emerging community of entrepreneurs in Paris,” said Stéphane Ormand, vice president and general manager USA of Air France KLM. “Air France is excited for this new route because it creates opportunities by directly connecting the global community of entrepreneurs and digital innovators in Paris and beyond.”

Air France previously served Europe-bound passengers out of Sea-Tac from 2007 to 2012. Since then, Sea-Tac has grown to become the 9th busiest airport in the United States, with almost 47 million travelers passing through the building in 2017.

The Port of Seattle’s new International Arrivals Facility is scheduled to open by the end of 2019. The facility will double passenger capacity and add eight more gates that are capable of serving larger international airplanes.
