Planning a trip to Hong Kong in the near future? Starting March 31, nonstop flights from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport to Hong Kong will be offered via the city’s home airline, Cathay Pacific.

Four weekly flights departing from Seattle to Hong Kong will be offered starting April 1 and daily flights will begin July 1. This new service aims to “further strengthen the only direct link between Hong Kong and Seattle, and offers customers more choices and increased convenience,” according to a news release from Cathay Pacific.

The service will be offered on the airline’s A350-900 aircraft, which is among the “quietest and most environmentally-friendly aircraft” and is equipped with an inflight entertainment system and Wi-Fi. The Seattle route will be Cathay’s eighth route to the United States, which also includes Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York (JFK), New York (Newark), San Francisco, and Washington DC.
