Davis Property & Investment, a developer and asset manager of commercial real estate in the greater Puget Sound area, has announced the acquisition of a 12-acre site in Pacific that is available for build-to-suit or for lease.

The project, called The Pacific Building, is zoned light industrial and is suitable for a broad range of uses, including distribution, warehousing and storage in a building up to roughly 146,500 square feet, according to Davis Property & Investment.

The developer noted that the site, which is bordered by Highway 167 and West Valley Highway, provides unparalleled visibility and access to the main thoroughfare. They also noted it is well-positioned to satisfy growing demand within the industrial market, as users are looking further south due to pricing and availability of product located in South Seattle, Kent and Auburn.
