“We have more than tripled the office staff and doubled the number of drivers servicing our clients in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Vancouver B.C., and Montana,” said Andres Garcia, GSC Logistics chairman and executive vice president. “In addition to acquiring additional yard space we thought it was important to be closer to the waterfront where so much of our business happens. That is why we are moving to the Port of Tacoma building.”

“We also bring our extensive background working with the Clean Truck Program to the PNW,” added Garcia. “We help drivers upgrade their engines to be compliant by January 1st, 2019, through driver grants. Not only is this good for the environment it is also helps individuals grow their own income.”

The new regional office is located at 3600 Port Tacoma Road, Suite 505.

GSC Logistics was founded in 1988 to provide drayage services, or short-distance transportation of goods, to importers and exporters in the San Francisco Bay area. Since then, the company has expanded to offer drayage, over the road, cross-dock deconsolidation, and transloading services throughout Northern California and the Pacific Northwest.
