This month, Accrete Construction and Marathon Development announced completion of a $42 million expansion of the Franke Tobey Jones campus in North Tacoma. The 84-unit project added 115,000 square feet to the nonprofit senior living center, including the addition of the Bristol View Apartments, a new care center, and a private duplex. The nonprofit facility offers a variety of living arrangements for seniors, ranging from independent living to skilled nursing home care and assisted living.
Over a dozen local companies collaborated with the Franke Tobey Jones executive team during the two year construction process, including Accrete Construction, Marathon Development, LRS Architects, AHBL Inc., and Warner Design Associates. The newly completed Franke Tobey Jones Memory Care Center, designed for people with Alzheimer’s and Dementia, will house over 40 skilled nursing residents and 28 memory care residents. The Bristol View Apartments are geared towards independent living, featuring spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom units with views of the Puget Sound.
Franke Tobey Jones is located minutes from Point Defiance Park and Ruston Way. The property will host an open house this Friday, Oct 25th. To RSVP or schedule a tour of the new development, call 253-465-7383. For more information, visit their website.
