Ten companies responded to the City of Tacoma’s Request For Proposals (RFP) to redesign the Greater Tacoma Convention & Trade Center’s website.
In addition to the website redesign, the project involves launching, hosting, and providing ongoing technical support, according to the RFP. The new website aims to engage potential event bookings, increase sales and revenue, provide event planning support, promote venue news and event partners, and provide information about the new 300-room Marriott-branded Convention Center Hotel that is set to open in 2020.
The project budget is estimated at $30,000 to $40,000, and the deadline to respond to the RFP expired on Tues., July 24.
The following companies submitted proposals for the project: Hemisphere Design & Marketing (Tacoma, WA); Cubic Creative (Tulsa, OK); Louder Design (North Richland Hills, TX); SiteCrafting (Tacoma, WA); Exsilio Solutions (Irvine, CA); Geeky Devils Web Solutions (Seattle, WA); Simpleview (Tucson, AZ); Infojini Consulting (Columbia, MD); Carbonhouse (Charlotte, NC); and Rocketship (Everett, WA).
